Steps to Using Our Mobile Banking App

Step 1: You must first be signed up for Virtual Branch.
(If not please click here to sign up.)
Step 2: Download our App from either the App Store or Google Play.
Step 3: Log into the app with your Virtual Branch log in information.
Use your existing ID, password and answers to your security questions.
You will need to set up a 4-digit passcode.
(Note: User Name is the same as Login ID. Security Code is the same as Password.)

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ANDROID USERS
As of July 1st, 2019, our Mobile App will be discontinuing support for Android versions 4.1.x, 4.2.x,
4.3.x (Jelly Bean) & 4.4.x (KitKat). That means you will need to use Android version 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher on your mobile device. If you continue to use any of the unsupported versions when support is discontinued, you will no longer receive updates for our Mobile App.

To update the operating system on your mobile device running any of the Android versions listed above, select:
