C.A.R.L.A- 24 Hour Audio Response

As a member of the Credit Union you have access to C.A.R.L.A., our audio response system. With C.A.R.L.A. you can check your account balances, make check withdrawals, do transfers between accounts, inquire about cleared drafts and request tax information. A friendly voice will guide you through your transactions. Changes to your account are made immediately, accurately and confidentially. To log into the system, all you need is your account number and PIN.

For example, if you wanted to check your balance once you are into the system you would:
To check share balances - Press 78 #
For balances in your share/savings - Press 21 #
For balances in your share draft/checking - Press 92 #
